Non-Potable Water Systems
We have designed, built, and continue to oversee the operations of half a dozen wastewater treatment facilities in service of The Villages and surrounding areas. The reclaimed output is further utilized in the golf and commercial irrigation systems as part of our sustainable water conservation program.

Alternative Water Resources
A primary focus of our sustainable water conservation program, managed in partnership with the Southwest Florida Water Management District and the St. Johns River Water Management Districts, is developing alternative water resources like the following:

Reclaimed Water for golf, commercial, and residential irrigation

Lower Floridan Wells for lessened withdrawal impacts to surface water systems
